The best looking site in the world, using the most cutting-edge technology means nothing if it’s not built with objectives aligned with your business strategy firmly in mind. My first order of business is to understand your business, it’s objectives, and your objectives for the website. With this understanding, I can add value by providing options that may not have yet been considered.

2. Understand the Audience

In order to deliver a website that performs, it needs to align with its audience. Therefore, I consider it critical for me to understand who will be using the site and what their motivations are. With this understanding, I design the interface to optimize usability, as well as write copy that is clear, concise and persuasive.

3. Short and Long-Term Strategy

Once the objectives are established and the audience is understood, it’s time to develop the optimal strategy for your website. I will provide recommendations for, or even help to develop, your website strategy, in order to maximize your return on investment.

4. Project Requirements

As a certified Project Management Professional, I understand the importance of clearly documented and managed requirements. Through the process of documentation, new requirements tend to surface, ultimately leading to a very clear picture of what will be delivered. This minimizes risk to all parties involved and sets the foundation for a successful project.
